Argentine - Buenos Aires 2024-6-13. Des émeutes et des incidents se sont produits tout au long de la journée de mardi dans les environs du Congrès national. A l'intérieur, les sénateurs ont débattu de la loi, à l'extérieur, les manifestations de répudiation ont tourné à la violence et se sont terminées par d'importants dégâts matériels.
Le projet de loi "Bases et points de départ pour la liberté des Argentins" a été approuvé en général par la Chambre Haute du Sénat de la Nation.
Le vote a été de 36 voix pour et 36 contre, et a dû être interrompu par la présidente de la chambre, la vice-présidente Victoria Villarruel, qui a donné son vote positif.
La loi originale a subi plusieurs modifications par rapport à un premier texte, qui comprenait 664 articles, et qui a été renvoyé au début de l'année. A cette occasion, l'initiative est parvenue à la Chambre haute avec seulement 232 articles, dans sa version générale. Photo Federico David Gross.

The bill "Bases and Starting Points for the Freedom of the Argentineans" obtained its approval in general in the Upper Chamber of the Senate of the Nation.
The vote obtained 36 votes in favor and 36 against, it had to be broken by the holder of the chamber, the vice-president Victoria Villarruel, who gave her affirmative vote.
